World Heritage Center
The City of San Antonio will utilize online submittal services via CIVCAST at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids for the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for the World Heritage Center- RFCSP: PW#071322DH project. Online submittal services will open on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, and close on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. CST; please follow submittal instructions on CIVCAST.
Scope of Work: The Project will serve as an orientation to include flexible community spaces with support areas and rooms. Site improvements include parking, sidewalks, walkways, outdoor activity area (wrapped veranda), water run-off improvements, and landscape beautification. The project will also provide general park improvements and betterments, in support of other campus projects as a result.
A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Conference is scheduled, for Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. CT. . You can access the WebEx meeting by phone at 1-415-655-0001, Access Code, 2456 148 3996.
