Online bid services will open on Friday, September 30, 2022, and close on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. CT. Scope: The base bid consists of removing and replacing the roof and HVAC systems on the Stinson Terminal Building as shown in the construction documents.? Installation of new roofing system to meet current energy codes. Work Associated with Rooftop Unit Replacement (HVAC) include removing and replacing existing HVAC Units on historical Terminal Building.?
