  I own or am responsible for, the property listed above and I give my permission for a City crew to remove the graffiti on my property. I understand that the paint used to remove or cover the graffiti may not match the rest of the area that was vandalized. I release the City of San Antonio, its employees, or its agents from any liability, claims, or demands related to the City’s crew entering my property and removing graffiti. I understand that this consent is good for one year unless I revoke my consent in writing and send it to the Graffiti Abatement Program (GAP).
 
 
NOTE: Graffiti located above the first floor level where pole extensions are not able to reach or other similar locations that can pose a hazard to persons removing the graffiti will not be painted over and covered, as per section 21-284 (b) 3 of the City code.
