Food & Beverage Concepts at City Tower (RFI 19-085)

The City of San Antonio’s Center City Development and Operations Department (“CCDO”) seeks concepts from firms interested in providing food services within the City’s consolidated office building (formerly Frost Tower). Through the RFI, the City requests information on the desirability of entering into an agreement for the operation of grab-and-go concession stands, catering services, food and beverage kiosk operations, and a dining establishment on the top floor. The City is willing to investigate economic and other incentives to assist with tenanting each component.
