Some solicitations are subject to restrictions on who you can communicate with regarding the solicitation as well as prohibitions on campaign or office holder contributions during the blackout period. Violating any of these rules, whether intentional or not, can lead to disqualification of your submission. It is important that you understand and follow these rules.
