Saving and Submitting the Application: The application must be completed in one session and cannot be saved to finish later. If the page is inactive for 15 minutes, a message will appear asking whether you want to continue working or start over. If you choose to continue, your session will remain active. If you do not respond, your session may expire and any unsaved information will be lost.
