The City of San Antonio is seeking qualified contractors for demolition and deconstruction services for a variety of structures based on structure size and type. Three (3) bid opportunities are available based on the following categories:

• Residential structures 0-1,500 square feet
• Residential structures greater than 1,500 and up to 3,000 square feet
• Residential and Commercial structures greater than 3,000 square feet

No volume of work under this contract is guaranteed. Specific projects will be identified and will be requested by City on an “as-needed” basis at City’s sole discretion.
