The City of San Antonio seeks proposals for Catering Services to provide 215 servings each of buffet-style hot breakfast and lunch on June 8th, 2023 at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens Betty Kelso Center at 555 Funston Pl, San Antonio, TX 78209; 110 each servings of boxed breakfast and lunch on July 12th at Phil Hardberger Park Urban Ecology Center at 8400 NW Military Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78231; and other dates and locations to be decided. Selected Contractor will be responsible for delivering the meals on June 8, 2023, setting up the buffet, providing staff to serve the meals, providing plate and utensils, and proving ongoing beverage service. Selected contractor will be responsible for delivering boxed meals on July 12, 2023.
