The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Beitel Creek Greenway Trail (Perrin Beitel to Salado Creek) Scope:The project includes a new .6-mile long trail expansion from Salado Creek
Greenway along Beitel Creek to Perrin Beitel Road. The project will include a trailhead and parking lot with 12 permeable parking spaces, to be located at the intersection of Perrin Beitel Road and Briar Glen. The trailhead area will include tree plantings, irrigation, landscaping, a drinking fountain, signage, and other minor amenities. The parking area will be built using low-impact development (LID) standards, to include a bioswale.
