The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2024 Pavement Preservation Package 11 – Base Repair TOC project. Scope: These Task Order Contract projects will provide base repair services as directed by city staff at various locations
throughout the city. These services may include: removal and disposal of existing base and asphalt, adjusting utility manholes and valves, replacing base with type B asphalt, overlaying with type D asphalt and installation of pavement markings.
