The City of San Antonio (COSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide System Integration services for the transition to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as its primary Human Resources Information System (HRIS). In addition, vendor will need to add a Learning Management System (LMS) and Benefits Module as part of the first phase of the HRIS upgrade.
