The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids for the Al Rohde Park Improvements project. Scope: The general scope of the project consists of improvements to two adjacent park properties, Al Rohde Park and the Buddy Calk Trailhead. Patrons have long since used one property to access the other and this project will connect the two with a pedestrian pathway and landscaping. Construction services include demolition, site work, shade structures, pedestrian bridge fabrication and installation, concrete flatwork, soil amendments, landscaping, trees and irrigation. Additive alternates include agility equipment and associated safety surfacing, and a concrete basketball court.
