The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids for the ConRAC Upgrades Phase 1 - West Wall Finish project. Scope: This project consists of construction work at San Antonio International Airport, San Antonio, Texas. The contract intends to provide for the construction and completion of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work following the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The description of the base bid scope of work is as follows: The Consolidated Rent-A-Car (CONRAC) Upgrades Phase 1 – West Wall Finish (Project) includes resurfacing the west wall façade with direct applied TAFS System or approved equal, and replacement of existing vertical expansion joint, backer rod and sealant. Temporary barricades will be required with clear access maintained for all phases. This work also includes mobilization, insurance and bonds, stormwater pollution prevention, site preparation, protection of all existing utilities and facilities, Contractor’s quality control, and Traffic control plan.
