The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Bob Ross Senior Center HVAC Replacement project.
Scope: This project will replace one (1) 16 ton RTU, one (1) 20 ton RTU, three (3) 27 ton RTU’s, and three (3) fan coil and condensing units at the facility. The project will also include the replacement of the building automation system/controls, ductwork modifications, fan powered boxes, and add fall protection on the rooftop to meet current codes.
