The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of recycled paint for the Development Services Department – Field Services Division on an as-needed basis. In keeping with the City of San Antonio Green Initiative, the recycled paint requires a minimum of 50% post-consumer content and will be used to paint over graffiti on retaining walls, walkways, underpasses and chronically tagged privacy fences.
