The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of plastic book jacket covers, book jacket adhesive, music CD poly cases, and record sleeves in accordance with the specifications listed herein. These items are utilized by the San Antonio Public Library System to protect the library collection from scratches, wear and tear, and moisture.
