The City of San Antonio (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform commercial solid waste and recycling services to include refuse collection, recycling, and disposal services, which are primarily generated by the City’s Metropolitan Health District Department (SAMHD), and the Department Human Services (DHS).
