The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2025 Street Rehabilitation TOC Package 5 (Flatwork) project.
Scope: The flatwork application will be used City wide on the streets and sidewalks where maintenance is needed including sidewalks, driveways, curbs, concrete streets, concrete bus pads, ADA ramps, and utility adjustments. Project work can and may include steel bars and rods, ready-mix concrete, sod and/or grass, hauling services, traffic sign installation and removal services, and fence installation, maintenance and repair to accomplish the project scope.
