The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2025 Pavement Preservation Package 1 - Advance Slurry TOC project.
Scope: Project construction may include but is not limited to: advance slurry application; asphaltic concrete, hot laid including bituminous materials; striping and pavement markings removal and installation, paving and resurfacing, streets, major and residential; hauling services; traffic control and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.
