Scope: The city seeks a Qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the SPRINGTIME PARK PROJECT. The project generally includes a new pavilion with picnic tables, a new concrete loop walking trail, new lighting, and a new drinking fountain with bottle filler.
