The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Bitters Road & Silverhorn Drive Retaining Wall Replacement project.
Scope: Installation of 350-foot-long concrete block retaining wall along existing crib lock wall and replacement of sidewalk, curb, and railing at the southwest corner of Bitters Road and Silverhorn Trail. This project will also include new roadway striping and replacement of existing road signage along the limits of new retaining wall.
