The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide chemicals, properties, and elements as well as services necessary for the maintenance and treatment of the boiler and hot water loop system located at the Alamodome in accordance with the specifications listed herein. All preventive maintenance, chemicals, water treatment, filters, should be in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. This service is required to maintain operating efficiency and prevent corrosion of the system, including the associated pumps and piping.
