The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the 2025 Pavement Preservation Pkg 18 – Modified Base Repairs TOC project.
Scope: Project construction may include but is not limited to asphalt surface course replacement, base and pavement replacement, base reinforcement using geogrid, lime treated subgrade, pothole repair, asphalt milling, striping and pavement markings removal and installation, adjusting existing valve boxes and manholes, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope.
