The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the New Park at Orr Drive and Suzette Avenue project.
Scope: The City is seeking a qualified bidder to perform all new construction modifications to provide materials and equipment necessary for the successful completion of improvements. The park will include a loop trail, gazebo, benches, lighting and light fixtures, 3 new off street parking spaces, new signage, walking paths, striping for new parking spaces, a shade structure and tree planting and irrigation systems.
