The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Peggy Drive Area Drainage (Eastgate Subdivision) (2022 Bond) project.
Scope: The project includes full reconstruction of streets. (Curbs, sidewalks, and driveway approaches) throughout the neighborhood to address drainage concerns. To resolve onsite drainage issues, the project will regrade the earthen channel located between Stutt’s Dr. and Peggy Dr and create concrete channels that will channel flow and transition to the existing concrete outfall at Trib A to Rosillo Creek. To resolve offsite drainage issues, the project proposes property acquisition and interceptor swales along the property lines of Martindale Army Airfield (MAAF) and adjacent residential properties.
