The system should offer tailored forms/templates for staff, enabling efficient data collection during patient interactions and provide patients with a portal to manage appointments and view results. It must support reporting, trend analysis, and integrate with e-prescribing, Laboratory Information Management System, StarLIMS, and lmmTrac2, while complying with Texas DSHS reporting standards and HIPAA. Additionally, it should include billing, financial reporting, and insurance coding features.
