2026-100 ON-CALL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
The City of San Antonio (City), Capital Delivery Department (CDD) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide on-call Landscape Architecture services for City-owned facilities and site improvement projects. These services will support both new construction and major renovations, with the goal of enhancing functionality, safety, accessibility, sustainability, and long-term performance of public landscapes. Scope of work may include assessment and evaluation of existing site and landscape conditions; preparation of planting, irrigation, hardscape, tree protection, and site layout design documents; interdisciplinary coordination with architectural, civil, structural, and MEP teams; construction-phase support including site observations and submittal reviews; and project close-out and warranty follow up services.
