The City of San Antonio (City), Capital Delivery Department (CDD) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide on-call Building Commissioning, Building Sustainability Certification, and testing and balancing (TAB) services for City-owned facilities. These services will support both new construction and major renovations, with the goal of improving operational performance, energy efficiency, and environmental quality.
The City intends to award up to three (3) contracts, as a result of this RFQ; however, the final number of awarded contracts will be determined by the number of proposals received and the outcome of evaluation process. The base contract term shall be an initial period of three (3) years. At City’s option, this Contract may be renewed annually under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2), one (1) year period(s).
