The City of San Antonio’s Information Technology Services Department is seeking proposals for a long-term Unified Digital Experience (UDE) that is a single, unified digital entry point through which residents can identify and access services across the City and all SmartSA Partner agencies. Rather than navigating multiple agency websites independently, residents will be guided to the correct service, provided contextual information, and directed toward completing a service interaction. This covers services such as starting a business, setting up utilities, applying for permits, accessing transit, and similar services beyond the scope of 311 reporting.
