The City of San Antonio is seeking a vendor to provide automobile and property appraisal services for property damages caused to third parties by the City for the Office of Risk Management. Appraisal requests will include automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment, residential and commercial property damage, cosmetic or structural. Services shall extend to include medical reviews, appraisal reviews submitted by third party representatives, and special investigations of incidents and conduct interviews, collect data, and statements for appraisal reviews. Services do not include third-party workman’s compensation claims.
