The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Toepperwein Rd (Nacogdoches to Wenzel Rd) – 2022 Bond project.
Scope: Project scope includes the widening and reconstruction of Toepperwein Road to a 3-lane section with a new underground storm sewer system, curbs, sidewalk, shared use path, driveways, and signal improvements at Nacogdoches Rd and Comanche Parkway. This project also includes SAWS water relocations & improvements, SAWS sewer relocations and surface adjustments, and CPS gas improvements.
