TERMINAL GATES EXPANSION – B9, B1A, & A16
San Antonio International Airport is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the Terminal A and B Expansion Project, Gates A16, B9, and B10 (B1a) additions. The project scope includes the additions of fixed boarding bridges and passenger boarding bridges at all 3 gates, relocation striping for the Vehicle Service Road from Gate A1 to B7, new and restriping of more than 10 gates at both Terminals A and B, and hold room renovations. New seating, finishes, millwork, signage, electrical, IT, security, civil, structural, mechanical, and plumbing sub-trades will be required for this scope. Gate B10 (B1a), specifically, will include the addition of 2,500 sf to the Terminal B building. Work performed under TSA secured area(s). Aircraft support equipment including Passenger Boarding Bridges, pre-conditioned air units, and ground power units shall be procured, manufactured, assembled and delivered by a certified passenger boarding bridge manufacturer.
