2022 Housing Bond Rental Housing Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Preservation

The Neighborhood and Housing Services Department is requesting proposals from a qualified developers and/or partner organizations that will participate in the rental housing rehabilitation & preservation of the 2022 Housing Bond. City is seeking a two (2) year and six (6) month contract with 3, 1-year renewals. Total funding available for gap funding to rehabilitate larger affordable complexes, properties expiring covenants to remain affordable, or conversion of higher AMI’s to 30% AMI. Funds to be awarded to applicants whose proposals best meet the parameters as set out by the Housing Bond Committee. Potential to award funds to multiple parties that meet project requirements and scope. Pricing and Compensation points will be awarded based on proposal and ability to meet target AMI% as set by the Housing Bond parameters.
