ARPA Nonprofits Social Services, Youth & Senior Services
The City of San Antonio (City) proposes to provide funding for services by investing in delegate agencies with programs aimed at mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on social service nonprofits, youth, and seniors. Funds used to support the proposed programs will be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks qualified respondents interested in providing services that comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and policies that are applicable to this funding source.
