The City of San Antonio (“City”) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of automotive and heavy equipment coolant, which are primarily generated by the City’s Building and Equipment Services Department, the Aviation Department, the Solid Waste Management Department and the Fire Department. Other City departments may also generate material to be handled under this contract and the City reserves the right to add or delete collection site locations. City guarantees no minimum volume of generated material.
