The City of San Antonio (City), Department of Human Services (DHS), seeks qualified respondents interested in providing services within three initiatives: Senior Independence, Ending Homelessness, and Strengthen Families- Financial Security. Qualified respondents must be able to provide services within these three initiatives and outcomes that will comply with federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and policies that are applicable to each funding source. Funds to support the proposed programs may be provided through a variety of federal, state, and local resources.
