The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding via CivCast at http://www.civcast.com/bids for the CMAR for Dolorosa Street Reconstruction project. Scope: The City of San Antonio (City) Public Works Department is seeking an experienced Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm (Respondent) with demonstrated technical capabilities and civil construction experience to provide Pre-Construction and Construction services for the Dolorosa Street Reconstruction Project. It is the City’s desire that the project start construction in the Spring of 2024 and be substantially complete within a maximum of 12 months. The CMAR firm will be integrated into a city-led team as part of a progressive Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The operational complexity of these projects will require the CMAR to provide specific expertise and specialty technical services for the project to be successful.
