The City of San Antonio’s Economic Development Department (EDD) is seeking a qualified consultant to periodically perform economic analyses to determine the potential impact of economic development projects. Consultant will also conduct cost-benefit analyses for various initiatives and revise its’ international strategy analysis of focusing on key global markets to increase San Antonio’s access through diplomacy, business, culture and education in order to elevate its’ reputation as a global leader. These analyses inform staff recommendations and City Council policies and are vital in ensuring the most efficient utilization of City resources.
