The City of San Antonio’s Planning Department is seeking proposals from qualified professional planning firms or other related consultants. The selected consultant would be responsible for conducting studies and analysis on the Northeast Corridor (NEC) Revitalization Area and related grant programs, as well as for facilitating a community planning process that culminates in an updated strategic revitalization plan for the area.
