This Request for Proposals (RFP) aims to invite applications from qualified organizations seeking to utilize funding for HIV intervention programs to address the growing HIV epidemic in our community. This grant opportunity shall provide funding for local community-based organizations engaged in harm reduction, education, prevention and testing initiatives to reduce the incidence of HIV within Bexar County.
