The purpose of this requestion for Information (RFI) is to assist the City of San Antonio (City) in understanding the market availability for technical solutions, process engineering or other recommendations to expand current technical solutions utilized to advance efficiency of the Metro Health Electronic Medical Record System. Metro Health is seeking information on a solution to receive, process, store, manage and streamline current processes/software in accordance with HIPAA compliance. In addition, the City seeks to gather information from qualified firms with an EMR system with capabilities for integrations with internal and external systems, such as ImmTrac2, EpiTrax, StarLIMS and eScripts. The City is seeking options with a patient portal for appointment creation and management, and for sharing of results.
