The City of San Antonio’s (City) Solid Waste Management Department (SWMD), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental consulting and engineering services to comply with the regulations set forth by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) regarding management of closed municipal solid waste landfills and execution of various City environmental projects. The tasks shall include post closure landfill reports, permit modifications, and environmental testing.
