The City of San Antonio (City) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to develop and operate a maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") facility at the San Antonio International Airport on the 50+ acre parcel located on the Development Area depicted in the RFP. The City has established by appraisal that the minimum ground lease rent amount is $.85 per square foot per year.
