The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Classen Steubing Ranch Park (2022 Bond) project.
Scope: Construction may include but not limited to parking lot with WPAP pond (Park is in the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone) and walkway to the restroom/pavilion/play area; soccer ball screen; walkways. Add alternate bid items include: a second parking area by the sport court area; overlook; sport courts, front parking lot. Project scope may include but not limited to, site work/grading, parking, walkways, concrete work, fencing, asphalt paving, signage, prefab metal building/container, WPAP ponds with plumbing including fire hydrant, site furniture, irrigation, and landscaping.
