The City of San Antonio (CITY) is requesting an offer for 25 types of presumptive Narcotic
Field Test Kits, inclusive of training for the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD). The presumptive
narcotic test kits are intended to be utilized by SAPD Officers in the field as a compliance requirement
with the Texas Narcotics Controlled Substance Act. The specifications listed below are Sirchie brand
specific and shall include the manufacturer’s specifications for each item offered.
