The City of San Antonio (City) Department of Human Services (DHS), in collaboration with the Homeless Services and Strategy Department (HSSD), is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents who provide social service programming as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
DHS and HSSD seek to promote life-long success for residents by procuring services from qualified nonprofit organizations which contribute to the long-term outcomes (LTOs) and funding priorities adopted by the departments.

Attendance at the Technical Assistance Workshops are optional, but highly encouraged.
