The City of San Antonio Public Library (SAPL) seeks to contract with a qualified vendor to provide a library-specific Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution for the San Antonio Public Library's Digital Library. SAPL’s Digital Library is the online branch of San Antonio’s municipal public library system and must meet the needs of a diverse and growing service population.
