The City of San Antonio (hereafter referred to as “City”) Capital Delivery Department (hereafter referred to as “CDD”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (hereafter referred to as “SOQ”) from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call or as-needed services for the On-Call Civil Engineering Services Project (hereafter referred to as “the Project”). All firms proposing to provide on-call services to the City shall have an established staff or team capable of providing the services indicated in the Scope of Work.
The City intends to award up to eight (8) contracts, as a result of this RFQ; however, the final number of awarded contracts will be determined by the number of proposals received and the outcome of the evaluation process. The base contract term shall be a three (3) year term with no extensions. The City hereby establishes the maximum aggregate contract price of $24,000,000.00, an estimated total of $3,000,000.00 per contract for all terms. Work will be performed on an as needed basis, and the execution of a contract does not guarantee the issuance of work/task orders during the term of the contract.
