The City of San Antonio (City), Department of Resilience and Sustainability, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide technical and strategic consulting services to develop a comprehensive Municipal Energy and Water Efficiency and Facility Investment Roadmap. The selected vendor will assist the City in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing energy and water efficiency opportunities and facility investments to support the City's long-term sustainability goals.
