Alamodome Improvements

The Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for Alamodome Improvements, a 2021 Taxable Self-Supporting Certificates of Obligation, Hotel Occupancy Tax Redemption, and Capital funded project. This project will provide improvements (as applicable) to the field, plaza, club, and upper concourse levels, including the hall of fame and top of the dome areas. Improvements will consist of new flooring, walls, ceiling finishes, lighting, mill work, plumbing fixtures, kitchen equipment, and furniture.
